Impact of transpyloric feeding on respiratory parameters in neonates needing respiratory support

Respiratory instability in premature infants is often exacerbated by feeding-related events, including gastro-oesophageal reflux and aspiration. This study aimed to evaluate the effect of transpyloric feeding on respiratory parameters in a contemporary single-centre cohort of infants. The objective of this study was to evaluate the effect of transpyloric feeding on respiratory parameters in neonates.
