- The Paediatric Pan London Oxygen Group pathway provides a consistent approach for weaning babies with chronic lung disease off their home oxygen.
- Lower initial flow rates at discharge may be associated with shorter weaning durations.
- Infants discharged during RSV season experienced longer weaning durations.
- Readmission rates within six and 12 months of discharge were low and clinically manageable, with none requiring reintroduction of home oxygen if already weaned.
