vCreate introduces 'secure video transfer' feature

Secure video messaging provider vCreate has launched an additional feature to its video messaging platform that allows parents whose baby has been transferred from a neonatal intensive care unit (NICU) to a paediatric intensive care unit (PICU), within the same NHS hospital, to receive video updates made by staff.

The video transfer feature enables nurses in the NICU to securely share patient videos internally, so that parents whose child began the journey to recovery in the NICU can continue to receive video updates of their child from the PICU.
