Gastroenteritis and the rotavirus vaccine

This article looks at the clinical features, epidemiology and management of rotavirus-associated gastroenteritis. Particular emphasis is placed on recent advances in the development of rotavirus vaccines and their potential impact on disease burden in both industrialised and developing settings.
