High-flow humidified oxygen therapy for neonates requiring respiratory support

The Vapotherm2000i device provides warm humidified gas via standard nasal cannulae at flows of up to 8 L/min with approximately 95% relative humidity at body temperature. This article reviews early clinical experience with this device in a UK tertiary neonatal service.
